| On-Line Purchases: We sell to professional pet
groomers and retail stores ONLY. All new customers will will be required
to fill out an informational packet sent with their first order and must be
completed and returned prior to making additional orders. Any purchase not conforming to these
guideline will be canceled without notice. All on-line orders will have UPS
charges and tax if applicable added to total order amount. Discounts,
specials and case pricing will be calculated after we receive your order,
and will be applied prior to processing your payment. These prices are for
wholesale sales only. Address Verification Policy: To Prevent C.C.
Fraud, Shipping address and Credit Card address MUST match the
address on record with the credit card company. Cascade will not ship any
order from unknown customers to an address that cannot be confirmed by bank
records.
Minimum order: We do not have a set minimum
to order, however a $5.00 delivery fee at our discretion may apply to
delivery customers with orders under $50.00
Payment: All purchases through our website must be pre-paid by
credit card before shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. We do not accept Discover.
Delivery: Not all customers are eligible for delivery. Only those
who have received our postcard or we have contacted may use this service. If
delivery is selected we will bring your order during our scheduled visit
time only. We will not deliver to a personal residence unless that is the
place of business. If you are not sure if you qualify for delivery you may
e-mail us.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged to all clients
in the state of Washington. Clients that whish to take care of the sales tax
themselves or are reselling the items must have a valid UBI# and a current Washington State Resale
certificate on file with Cascade. You may get a blank
resale certificate here. (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) After completing the form please fax, mail, or
scan and e-mail your signed copy back to us. We can not exempt you from tax
until this is received. There are no exceptions! All shipments shipped outside
of Washington are exempt from Washington state sales tax. If your order
is delivered by us out of Washington you may be responsible for your local
tax if applicable.
Case Pricing: Case Pricing is available for Groomer's Edge and
Best Shot products. To qualify you MUST buy a minimum of 4 - gallons, 12 -
16 ounce or 12 - 8 ounce of mix and match of the same size products with the
same manufacturer.
Return Policy: All returned product, not the result of
manufacturer's defects, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Problems
with scissors or blades need to be brought to our attention before you have
them sharpened. If sharpened we can no longer return / repair or replace
your item.
Clipper Return Policy: All clippers will be replaced for the first
month of ownership for defects. After that time, the clipper needs to go to
the nearest Warranty station for repair or replacement based on their
decision. Defective clippers must be returned within (1) week of reporting
the problem in order for it to be returned to the manufacturer. Any delays
in returning the clipper, without prior approval from Cascade, will subject
the customer to the same 20% restocking fee as above. Any questions and
